While new addresses multiply every summer in the south of Ibiza, the north is often less spoilt. So when we heard that LUUM Ibiza, a new cocktail bar and wood-fired restaurant was opening between Santa Eul\u00e0lia and Sant Carles, we jumped at the chance. And we weren’t disappointed !<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

On the road from Santa Eulalia to Sant Carles and one of the most famous hippy markets of Ibiza<\/a>, Las Dalias, a new paradise of beauty, refinement and delights has just opened its doors. Cocktail bar and restaurant specializing in wood-fired cuisine, LUUM Ibiza reveals itself to us in a refined setting that takes you on a journey through different countries and cultures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On one side, there is a lounge area with music where you can enjoy delicious cocktail creations. On the other, the restaurant where superb wooden tables are lit by rattan and straw chandeliers which give everything a crazy charm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When it comes to food, LUUM is all about organic, natural and local produce, with a menu made up mainly of plant-based dishes to share. Aubergines, leeks and artichokes – everything from the kitchen garden goes into the menu, and it’s a real treat. To continue, the restaurant offers one of its specialities : entrec\u00f4te steak with a butter and herb sauce and crispy fries. To round off the recital, the kitchen finishes off with a range of mouth-watering desserts… We felt in love with grilled and warm peaches or the trio of chocolates with olive oil and fleur de sel. Sweet words for our taste buds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Although most of the show takes place outdoors, the address also has an indoor room. Add to this a beautiful decoration shop full of treasures (especially in african style) called SANKORE Africa just next to the place. And you get the perfect place to start evenings in a magical setting where dreams mingle with authenticity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
