Two Ibiza places part of the Europe’s finest<\/strong> category<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Sublimotion<\/em><\/a> by Paco Roncero<\/strong> (Playa d’en Bossa) is one to have made it into the category of Europe’s finest. Located in Playa d’en Bossa, this futuristic restaurant blends art, technology and gastronomy in a unique multi-sensory show. Alongside it, Casa Jondal<\/a><\/em><\/strong> (Cala Jondal) sublimates seafood with a Mediterranean finesse that smells of sea and sun, all with its feet in the sand of Cala Jondal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
