La Paloma Ibiza restaurant

La Paloma, the rustic restaurant with country charm in the heart of Ibiza

Since opening in 2004, La Paloma has become a fixture on Ibiza’s culinary scene. The place offers authentic Italian cuisine in a sublime, rustic and natural setting.

In Ibiza, there are beach restaurants or with magical views, festive places and also rural and romantic spots. And among them, La Paloma is clearly one of the island’s most natural and authentic addresses. On the menu : an enchanting setting in a magnificent typical finca typical, an amazing view on the fields, a Tuscan-inspired cuisine made entirely in-house using many products imported from Italy, a deliberately short menu and a charming cocktail bar. The very essence of fresh and tasty Mediterranean cuisine.

An idyllic country setting

Nestled in an idyllic setting, this amazing place offers an enchanting atmosphere that blends the rustic charm of a traditional Iberian farmhouse with creative artistic touches. The lush garden, surrounded by lemon and olive trees, provides a peaceful setting for al fresco dining, while the warm and colorful interior invites you to relax and enjoy. Every corner of the venue is carefully decorated, creating an inspiring bohemian atmosphere.

Italian cuisine and vegetables from the garden

The cuisine at La Paloma is a celebration of Italian flavours. The ingredients are carefully selected from Italian producers, including parmesan, mozzarella (made by an Italian living on the island) and capers from Pantelleria in Sicily. On the menu: antipasti from Tuscany, homemade pasta, risotto, two meats (including the famous beef Solomillo with balsamic vinegar and thyme sauce), fresh fish and an entirely organic and vegan plate. Dishes that change every week depending on what’s on the market.

Beyond its delicious cuisine, the restaurant embodies a philosophy of life. The restaurant is committed to promoting sustainable values, using organic produce and minimising its impact on the environment. The location prepares its own bread every day and has a large garden where vegetables, flowers and aromatic herbs grow.

A café under orange and lemon trees

The place also has a café that has been open every day from 12pm to 4pm since February 2008. Located in the garden under an orange and lemon arbour, it serves fresh salads, burger, focaccias, fruit and vegetable juices or smoothies. In winter, the Café is warmed by the perfect log fire.

It’s a wonderful place, full of good vibes, where you will find calm and nature. Things you can’t find in the hustle and bustle of Ibiza’s nightlife…
