This season, Corsario Ibiza presents a unique concept: an immersive menu inspired by Shakespeare’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream. Between theatrical staging, exceptional local products, and French techniques, the experience transforms dinner into a true sensory journey.
A divine meal like a Shakespeare play
The adventure begins in the hotel’s speakeasy with champagne, followed by a macaron with caviar and porc negre from Mallorca. Next, the Prelude highlights the five flavors that the tongue can perceive : sweet, salty, sour, bitter, and umami.
Then, the acts follow one another as in a play: First act with Formentera squid and pork negre tortelloni carbonara style; Second act with Formentera lobster, Rotja (Ibiza fish) and Kobe beef; Sweet ovations with carob bread, traditional flaó and petits fours.
An absolutely unique setting in Dalt Vila
The magic doesn’t stop there: the meal is enjoyed on the panoramic terrace decorated by Lázaro Rosa-Violán, offering spectacular views of Ibiza Bay.
