A menu full of fresh local products
On the menu: tuna trilogy with avocado and white chocolate, yellowtail sashimi, Wagyu brioche, the catch of the day and a sublime veal shank as delicious as it is photogenic. It’s no coincidence that Madunia Ibiza, inaugurated in 2024, is counting on this exceptional chef. Javier Aranda is the youngest chef to have been awarded a Michelin star, at the age of 27. Two years later, he repeated the feat at Gaytán in Madrid. His arrival in Ibiza naturally raised expectations, giving Madunia Ibiza the hope of entering the prestigious Michelin guide.
