The MAINE Ibiza, the new trendy restaurant near Ses Salines

Ibiza has a new culinary paradise with the arrival of The Maine Ibiza. Opening in June 2023, the restaurant is housed in a restored 18th-century finca next to Sant Francesc de s’Estany church. Just a short drive from beaches and town. We’re in for a treat : open-air dining, locally inspired menu, sensational mixology and crazy events !

Nestled in the picturesque Salinas salt flats, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, The MAINE Ibiza is perfectly located on the road to the famous Es Cavallet, and just a stone’s throw from the legendary DC-10. Needless to say, revelers have already taken to the premises before dancing the night away.

Designed by founder Joey Ghazal, The Maine is housed in a meticulously restored 18th-century finca, combining period Spanish colonial elements from mainland Spain with a landscaped garden. Brutalist architectural touches mingle with traditional ‘Marbella bar stools’, creating an authentic local ambience that is both rustic and enchanting. With a mezzanine roof overlooking the lively ground floor restaurant, every corner has been designed to keep the party going…

The bar takes mixology to new heights, offering a wide selection of refined cocktails, a tempting menu of bites and an choice of tequilas and mezcals. While you savour the family menu with its refined Mediterranean-inspired dishes, enjoy DJ sets and captivating live entertainment.

A tribute to local products

But that’s not all. The restaurant also caters for the day’s cravings with a dynamic blackboard menu, featuring healthy bowls, vegetarian and vegan options, and mouth-watering dishes prepared with fresh, local produce. This casual daytime restaurant, known as Casa M, is the perfect place to refuel with a freshly squeezed juice. Just before sunbathing on one of Ibiza’s most beautiful beaches.
