HERE’S A RATHER SURPRISING TALE ! RECENTLY, A COLOMBIAN MAN WAS ARRESTED IN IBIZA FOR UNDERTAKING THE CULTIVATION OF MARIJUANA IN A MOST UNUSUAL LOCATION.
Why ? Because…why not ?! A Colombian guy has been arrested by the National Police because he had planted nearly fifty cannabis plants inside the graveyard, cleverly concealed behind bushes. And to water his precious crops, he found nothing better than to draw water directly from the graveyard.
« Taking advantage of the cemetery’s closure, the man would scale the wall and tend to his plants« , stated the police to Diario de Ibiza. He was eventually apprehended as he returned to his car.
During the search of his vehicle, the agents of the Policia Nacional discovered a precision scale and 46 grams of cannabis, indicating that the cultivated plants were intended for illicit drug trafficking. In total, 6 kilograms of cannabis were seized by the authorities. The Colombian individual, in turn, has been arrested and is currently at the disposal of the court.
