Cãrnesa
Formerly known as Es Caliu, Cãrnesa restaurant has opened its doors from April 16th with a new identity. On the menu: Ibiza’s very first Brazilian churrascaria, with a huge buffet of starters and a choice of 10 meats on the spit for €45 in all-you-can-eat version. A convivial culinary experience with meats grilled to perfection. Clearly one of the best Ibiza new restaurants of 2025 !

PALM
When one of Ibiza’s most charming hotels welcomes an equally charming restaurant, the result is Palm Ibiza. In La Bohemia del Rio’s bohemian, Maghreb-inspired oasis, Palm has just opened its doors by the pool. A sublime and decidedly romantic place where you can enjoy exotic and succulent cuisine made with fresh produce. Amic’s Ibiza
Amic’s Ibiza is born in Ibiza Town since mid-March. And believe us, this place already has to become a great one! On a pretty square with a sunny terrace, this restaurant and Wine bar with its vintage and elegant decor offers gourmet, comforting, and generous tapas that are truly delicious.
